The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice balcony for an additional €30 per night. While the evening turn-down service was missing and towels weren't replaced daily, overall, the room was comfortable and had a good size balcony.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms, although in need of a paint job and new AC, were incredibly spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable bed, ample storage space, and a lovely balcony. I particularly enjoyed the junior suite within the Sol Dunas hotel complex, which was large, pristine, and cozy.

The service was a mix of great experiences, with standout individuals like Antonio at the Dunas Pool Bar going above and beyond, while at times, it felt a bit slow-paced. However, the overall friendliness of the staff shone through, making my stay pleasant.

The location was fantastic, especially for a winter getaway with guaranteed good weather. The beach was just a short walk away, and the free snacks provided for Level guests added a nice touch. However, there were some maintenance issues, like broken sun bed wheels and empty carrier bags in the villa gardens.

The dining experience was top-notch, with superbly cooked and presented meals at my table. The variety of food options was extensive, and the themed restaurants were exceptional, providing excellent value for money compared to similar dining experiences in England.
